GLEN MENZE
Glen Menze is a candidate for Secretary Treasurer of the Minnesota Republican Party. Glen went to elementary and high school in New York Mills, MN and college in Moorhead, MN for sociology and business administration at Moorhead State University.

Glen moved to Lakeville, MN where he worked for Pitney Bowes Corporation as a postal equipment inspector. The 80s farm crises brought Glen back to New York Mills were he worked with the family's trucking business and later owning this own transportation company.

Glen also is an Accountant and did accounting and business consulting. He worked as a Corporate Trainer and Sales Manager for Telnet Inc, a sales and marketing company with over 500 employees. Glen moved to a farm in Starbuck, MN with his five children were he has continued as an Accountant, Business Consultant and Commercial Author for his own firm GR Menze Services.

Glen ran for congress in 2000 and 2008 in the Seventh District of MN. He won the primaries then lost the general election. Raising 5 children alone gives Glen a unique perspective on the cost and struggles of raising a family in today’s economy. I heard Ed mathews discuss open books, for Delegates/alternates & candidates. HOW WILL HE do that when the CHAIRS refuse ie. if tony Sutton wins. Also, they use PARTY hired FEC auditors of course they are going to honor their employers. From Bill Cooper, to Ron Ebenstein to now Ron Carey and the most heinous state central convention post Rochestor was a total Abomination. unless the people can be taken to task and have a REAL objective audit then the GOP is doomed to fail as financial Fraud!

Joe repya tried and was blasted with the bullies in the pulpit.

Also What about the forcing out Rod Grams, Joe Repya, and Brandon from Chair.

What about removing the absolute power brokers, the WALKER group, Margaret Cavanaugh and others and restoring it to the PEOPLE.

We need to hold candidates to the party platform and give the PLATFORM TEETH, including sanctions and withholding monies from candidates who violate the platform. Among other issues.

Tim Pawlenty: will you support a primary challenger to him and should we call for the impeachment of Tim Pawlenty?

Thank you MNLG anf Jeff Hagen specifically for arranging this eDebate. As a State Central Alternate, this really helped me prepare to make an informed decision on June 13th.

This is the first time I,ve really looked over the MNLG website. It is well designed and easy to post comments to. The on line poll is a great idea also.

What is going to be done to STOP CAP 'n' trade taxes and what to do to shift our party candidates away from that. We have Tim Pawlenty

"David Sturrock (CD7), if you weren't running for RPMN Secretary/Treasurer, please note 1 or 2 attributes for Glen Menze (fellow CD7 member)you would promote."

Vice Versa for Glen Menze (CD7): "Glen Menze, if you weren't running for RPMN Secretary/Treasurer, what 1 or 2 attributes would you promote on behalf of David Sturrock (CD7)?"

In reply to George's question:

Glen has been a dedicated Republican in the 7th District for many years. I appreciate that he was willing to step up and run for Congress, both in 2000 and 2008, to ensure that Collin Peterson did not get a free ride. Glen and I have always had a friendly relationship, even when we've disagreed about an issue.

Response from the lips of Jane Stewart:

Mark Swanson has volunteered for many committees in the Minnesota Republican Party. He is a former Naval Officer and a good family man. Mark would do the best he could as Secretary Treasurer of the MRP. He is easy to work with and is a conservative Republican.

From Mark Swanson:

Thanks to Jane for the kind comments. If I were not running, I would point out the tireless dedication that Jane shows. She put in huge amounts of volunteer hours during the last campaign. She has an excellent ability to organize and motivate volunteers.
