7:07 pm Meeting called to order by Rick Karschnia.
- Rick read bylaw for removal of a member and the e-mail that was sent out.
- Quorum was met with 12 members present.
7:10 pm Joe Thomas read his statement and resigned from the Vice Chair position. Resignation letter will be sent to those who request it. His e-mail is joethomas88@comcast.net
7:20 pm Each speaker was allowed 5 min. statement.
- Speakers included Casey Bowman, Colin Wilkinson and Rick Karschnia.
- Rick read statements from three members who were not present.
8:00 pm Joe Thomas resigned as a member of MNLG after taking questions.
8:05 pm Meeting adjourned.
